不同电压对TA1板材氧化膜的厚度及着色的影响

摘要
钛作为一种独特的金属元素,凭借其出色的物理和化学性质,已经在我们的生活中占据了不可或缺的地位.在日用五金领域,钛锅、钛水杯、钛质餐具等钛制品也逐渐走向成熟.而作为钛制品其表面氧化膜不仅具备独特的物理特性,其绚丽多彩的颜色也被作为相关产品的一大特点.本文采用阳极氧化法在磷酸中通过对不同电压下TA1钛板表面TiO2 氧化膜厚度与其色彩关系进行分析.发现在电解液为稀磷酸时,表面生成的 TiO2 厚度与电压呈现比较严格的线性关系,颜色变化与白光干涉颜色图谱一致,5V与100V较为接近,符合干涉色特点.在特定电压下时间对氧化膜的厚度影响不大.
Abstract
Titanium as a unique metallic element,has played an indispensable role in our lives due to its excellent physical and chemical properties.In the field of daily hardware,titanium products such as titanium pots,titanium water cups,and titanium tableware have gradually become mature.Titanium product,its surface oxide film not only has unique physical properties,its colorful color is also a major feature of related products.In this paper,the relationship between the thickness of TiO2 oxide film on the surface of TA1 titanium plate and its color under different voltages in phosphoric acid by anodic oxidation method was analyzed.It was found that during the anodic oxidation process,the thickness of the oxide film showed a strict linear relationship with the increase of applied voltage,while the color of the oxide film showed periodic changes with the increase of thickness.5V and 100V were relatively close,which was consistent with the characteristics of interference color.The time had little effect on the thickness of the oxide film under a specific voltage.
