With the change of cooking methods and concepts in modern society, the use of scissors has a new way,and the selection of conditions in migration test should take into account the actual use.The migration limit requirements of chromium element in martensitic stainless steel in GB 4806.9-2016 and GB 4806.9-2023 new standards were compared, and three migration tests were carried out on scissors samples. The results showed that according to the requirements of the new version of the standard, the results of Cr element migration met the requirements of the standard limit, and the single heavy metal Cr element had no obvious dietary intake risk and health risk. The reasons for the small dietary intake risk and health risk caused by heavy metal element migration in scissors were analyzed compared with cooking POTS.
