摘要
专业技术人员作为影响企业竞争力的关键因素,合理管控专业技术人员是作为增强企业管理能力的重要表现,同时也是强化专业技术人员综合素养的关键措施.针对企业专业技术人员管理的创新,不但应做好管理理念上的优化改进,还需要创新管理机制与管理形式,建立完善的管理体系,才能够更好的给专业技术人员提供环境条件,提升管理成效.基于此,对企业专业技术人员进行合理分析,再提出切实可操作的措施,可协助企业进一步健全对专业技术人员的管理工作.
Abstract
Professional and technical personnel as a key factor affecting the competitiveness of enterprises,and reasonable management of professional and technical personnel as an important performance to enhance the management capacity of enterprises,in view of the innovation of the management of the professional technical personnel in enterprises,not only the optimization and improvement of the management idea,but also the innovation of the management mechanism and the management form should be done well,the establishment of a sound management system,to better provide professional and technical personnel with environmental conditions to enhance the effectiveness of management.Based on this,in the enterprise professional and technical personnel for a reasonable analysis,and then put forward practical measures to help enterprises to further improve the management of professional and technical personnel.
