摘要

火灾和酸雨所导致的高温、腐蚀作用会使建筑五金材料的力学性能下降,进而导致建筑出现安全问题,不利于建筑正常使用.基于此,文章针对在建筑钢构架和墙体常用的Q355钢材进行研究,分析Q355钢材在高温、腐蚀综合作用下的力学性能变化,对钢构件分别采用先腐蚀后高温和先高温后腐蚀两种方式,分析不同作用下钢结构力学性能变化,总结钢材性能变化规律.

Abstract

Construction steel will be affected by high temperature and corrosion,resulting in a decline in the mechanical properties of steel components,which may lead to safety problems in the building and is not conducive to the normal use of the building.Based on this,this paper studies Q355 steel commonly used in building steel frames and walls,analyzes the mechanical properties changes of Q355 steel under the combined action of high temperature and corrosion,adopts two methods of corrosion before high temperature and corrosion after high temperature,analyzes the mechanical properties changes of steel structures under different actions,and summarizes the changes of steel properties.
