为了应对工业生产中对焊接技术的日益增长的要求,对激光-电弧复合焊接技术的原理和应用进行系统研究.通过实验对比分析和工艺参数优化的方法,研究了激光功率密度、焊接速度、电弧形态等因素对焊接质量和效率的影响.结果表明,激光-电弧复合焊接技术相比传统焊接方法在厚板快速焊接、焊缝质量保证及自适应性方面具有明显优势,焊接速度可提高至3-5倍,且焊缝形貌平直美观,接头强度高.然而,该技术仍存在设备成本高、操作难度大、焊接稳定性不足等问题.
In order to meet the increasing demand for welding technology in industrial production,a systematic study was conducted on the principle and application of laser arc composite welding technology.The influence of factors such as laser power density,welding speed,and arc shape on welding quality and efficiency was studied through experimental comparative analysis and process parameter optimization.The results show that laser arc composite welding technology has significant advantages over traditional welding methods in fast welding of thick plates,ensuring weld quality and adaptability.The welding speed can be increased to 3-5 times,and the weld morphology is flat and beautiful,with high joint strength.However,this technology still faces issues such as high equipment cost,difficult operation,and insufficient welding stability.
