This study explores the application and performance optimization of new hardware materials in household pipeline valves,aiming to improve the corrosion resistance,mechanical properties,and sealing performance of valves,in order to meet the high standards of safety,durability,and environmental protection in modern households.By analyzing methods such as material selection,surface treatment technology,alloy composition adjustment,and structural innovation,the feasibility of applying new hardware materials to household pipeline valves is demonstrated.This can not only improve the comprehensive performance of valves,but also promote the efficient and energy-saving of household water systems.
