This paper discusses the specific application of digital inspection and testing technology in the manufacturing of metal equipment,covering advanced vision detection,robot automatic detection,phased array ultrasonic nondestructive detection and electromagnetic field nondestructive detection and other technologies.These technologies improve the accuracy and efficiency of the detection,and promote the automation and intelligent development of the manufacturing process.Research shows that these digital technologies can significantly reduce human error,but also can optimize the production process and quality control through big data analysis,providing an important technical support and innovation path for the metal equipment manufacturing industry.
