This paper focuses on the extrusion process of aluminum alloy profiles and conducts an in-depth study on its process optimization through numerical simulation methods.Firstly,it outlines the basic principles,main parameters,and common quality defects of the extrusion process for aluminum alloy profiles.Secondly,it introduces the functions,characteristics,and application of numerical simulation software in the optimization of the extrusion process.Then,a specific case is selected for simulation analysis before and after the optimization of extrusion process parameters,including the impact of extrusion speed,extrusion temperature,and die structure on profile quality,and corresponding optimization schemes are proposed.Finally,the effectiveness of the optimization scheme is verified through post-optimization simulation analysis,and the optimization results are discussed.
