Music toy design plays an important role in chil-dren's growth.With the development of society,people are increasingly aware of the positive influence of music toys on children's development.On the basis of summarizing music toys,this paper analyzes the promoting effect of music toys on children's development,and expounds the theoretical basis of children's development infiltrated in music toys,including Piaget's cognitive development theory,Eric H Erickson's psychosocial development theory and Freud's psychoanalytic theory,aiming to explore the relationship between music toys and children's development.
