Chinese and foreign art history is a fundamental theoretical course for art major in colleges and universities,which is of great significance to improve students'art knowl-edge reserve,enhance national self-confidence and help creative practice.Based on the teaching of animation major,this paper explores the multi-course linkage teaching meth-od of Chinese and foreign art history in animation major,aiming to enhance the fun of theoretical teaching of Chinese and foreign art history,break the previous teaching method that mainly focused on lectures,and make theoretical cours-es and practical courses closely linked,so that students can gain something from learning.
