建立弹射玩具撞击面积的数字化测量方法,为弹射玩具的撞击面积快速测量提供可靠便捷的数字化操作流程.利用Image-Pro Plus(IPP)与Image J软件对日常检验中常见的 2 种撞击面积图进行测量,并与常规坐标纸法测量的结果进行统计分析,结果表明3种方法所测撞击面积结果差异不显著.IPP和Image J软件测量撞击面积的方法准确、稳定、可靠、便捷,均适用于快速测量弹射玩具的撞击面积.但Image J具有开源、免费、体积小、拥有丰富的插件可以选择、对计算机硬件要求低等特点,因此更推荐使用Image J软件.
Comparison and Application of Image-Pro Plus and Image J in Impact Area Measurement of Ejection Toys
The digital measurement method of the impact area of ejection toys is established,which provides a reliable and convenient digital operation process for the rapid measure-ment of the impact area of ejection toys.Image-Pro Plus(IPP)and Image J software are used to measure two common impact area maps in daily inspection,and the results are statistically analyzed with the conventional coordinate paper method.The results shows that the impact area measured by the three methods is not significantly different.The methods of measuring the impact area by IPP and Image J softwares are accurate,stable,reliable and convenient,and both of them are suitable for rapid measurement of the impact area of ejection toys.However,Image J has the characteristics of open source,free in charge,small in size,having a variety of plug-ins to choose from,and low requirements for computer hardware.Therefore,it is more recommended to use ImageJ software.
