老年人认知障碍预防产品现状及设计趋势研究

摘要
中国认知障碍患病人数正随着老龄化程度的日益加重呈逐年递增的趋势,认知障碍正成为老年人的一大"隐形杀手".文章站在产品设计的角度,总结老年人认知训练产品的设计趋势.运用文献研究法、竞品分析法,首先汇总了国内认知障碍现状,归纳预防方法,再结合案例对三类认知干预产品进行优缺点分析,提出了训练形式游戏化、认知负荷合理化、上肢训练产品与云端服务多领域并行三个设计趋势,为老年人认知障碍预防产品提供设计理论参考和依据.
Abstract
The number of patients with cognitive impairment in China is increasing year by year with the increasing ag-ing degree,and cognitive impairment is becoming a major"invisible killer"of the elderly.This paper summarizes the design trend of cognitive training products for the elderly from the perspective of product design.By using the meth-ods of literature research and competitive product analysis,it first summarizes the current situation of cognitive im-pairment at home and summarizes the prevention methods,then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of three types of cognitive intervention products in combination with cases,and puts forward three design trends of gami-fication of training forms,rationalization of cognitive load,parallel of upper limb training products and cloud services in multiple fields,so as to provide theoretical reference and basis for the design of cognitive impairment prevention products for the elderly.
