Research on Campus Cultural and Creative Product Design Based on KANO Model
Aiming at the problems of lack of innovation,fuzzy demand and lack of functional development in existing campus cultural and creative products,this paper proposes to use KANO model to design campus cultural and creative products from the perspective of user needs.Specifically,it includes designing questionnaires to collect relevant user information,using KANO model analysis method to sort out the priority of consumers'demand items for campus cul-tural and creative products,and determining the key points of product design.Taking City University of Macau as an example,the KANO model and emotional design are used to systematically design campus cultural and creative products,providing new ideas for the development of campus cultural and creative products.
