Research on the Design of Community Nebulizer from the Perspective of Service Design
At present,the number of people suffering from respiratory system diseases is huge,and the number of people using nebulization therapy as an effective treatment method has continued to increase in recent years.Howev-er,the treatment method has high cost and high idle rate of household nebulizer;the distance to the hospital to use the medical nebulizer is long.in addition,the nebulization in-halation rooms opened by community health service centers in some areas also have the problem of secondary infection among users and the management of medical staff.Based on this,from the perspective of user needs,this paper uses the service design concept to combine the user's needs with the product to enhance the user's sense of experience.
