Traditional folk games are a great spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation.The content and form of many traditional folk games are more in line with the development needs of young children.Teachers integrating these traditional folk games into early childhood education can not only enhance young children's cultural inheritance awareness,but also promote them to achieve ideal social development results.Based on this,the paper takes the throwing pot game as an example to analyze its promoting effect on the social development of young children,explore the precautions for using throwing pot games to promote the social development of young children,and propose traditional folk game practice strategies based on the social development of young children in kindergartens,in order to further improve the quality of kindergarten education and teaching.
