Contemporary art design is no longer limited to the combination of simple form and function,but focuses on the expression of design connotation,that is,the expression of emotions.The rational use of visual elements can play a role in conveying emotions and reflecting design ideas.As one of the representatives of the three-dimensional form,sculpture art visualizes emotions through the effective use of visual elements.Based on the research of emotional design,this paper explains the expression of visual ele-ments in sculpture art works through specific application examples,and discusses the emotional expression of visual design elements in sculpture art in detail,so as to stimulate designers to think more deeply about visual elements and emotional design.
