针对高职学生心理干预的功能游戏设计分析

一些高职学生在情绪、意志、人际关系、适应能力,对外界刺激的反应,能否正视现实和自我等方面,表现出一种或几种程度不同的心理障碍.功能游戏作为艺术疗愈的一种新型媒介手段,具有可视化、沉浸感和互动性的特点,正确使用功能游戏可使高职学生减少疲劳与自觉用力程度(rate of perceived exertion,RPE),并引导其产生积极情绪,改善认知功能.文章从功能游戏的优势入手,阐述其对高职学生心理干预的积极作用,包括有利于学生自我表达和身份建构、帮助学生情感表达和情绪调节、培养学生批判思维和解决问题的能力,提出了针对高职学生心理干预的功能游戏设计路径,以期为高职学生的心理建设提供有价值的思路.
Analysis on the Functional Game Design for Psychological Intervention of Higher Vocational Student
Some higher vocational students show one or several different degrees of psychological disorders in terms of emotion,willpower,interpersonal relationship,adaptability,reaction to external stimuli,and whether they can face reality and themselves.As a new media of art therapy,functional games have the characteristics of visualization,immersion and interaction.The correct use of functional games can reduce fatigue and the rate of per-ceived exertion(RPE)of higher vocational students,and guide them to produce positive emotions and improve cog-nitive function.Starting from the advantages of functional games,this paper expounds its positive role in psycholog-ical intervention of higher vocational students,including helping students to express themselves and construct their identities,helping students to express and regulate their emotions,and cultivating students'ability to think criti-cally and solve problems.The design path of functional game for psychological intervention of higher vocational students is put forward in order to provide valuable ideas for the psychological construction of higher vocational stu-dents.
