Analysis on Toy Design Strategy Based on the Characteristic of Young Children'Development
In the modern parenting environment,toy plays an indispensable role.It not only provides a channel for young children's leisure and entertainment,but also is an important medium for their all-round development.Early childhood is an important stage of individual life develop-ment,and the development characteristics in this period are unique,continuous and phased.In early childhood,children show significant development characteristics in many aspects such as physical,cognitive,emotional,so-cial and sports skills,which directly affect their preference and usage of toys.Toy design based on the characteristics of young children's development is not only an in-depth exploration on the interdisciplinary fields of children's psychology,pedagogy and product design,but also an im-portant driving force to promote the toy industry to a high-er level and more professional development.This paper systematically analyzes the development characteristics of young children's cognition,emotion,social interaction,physical movement and coordination,and puts forward corresponding toy design strategies according to these de-velopment characteristics,in order to provide more scien-tific and effective toy design suggestions for toy designers and provide more powerful support for young children's healthy growth.
