下背痛(low back pain,LBP)是文职工作者最常见的肌肉骨骼疼痛问题.目前,办公座椅设计对下背痛人群的特殊坐姿需求关注不足.鉴于此,文章根据下背痛人群的需求,设计出适用此人群的办公座椅方案,以提高座椅舒适性.文章分析了LBP人群的特征,列出坐姿需求清单,并对其中权重较高的需求进行FBS模型映射,以确认该办公座椅的核心功能及结构,并提出了办公座椅设计系统,然后通过体压分布测试与主观评价验证该座椅的舒适性.结果显示,相较于座椅的初始状态,开启支撑防护功能后,办公座椅的平均压力和平均压力梯度等参数均显著降低,座椅舒适性得到了显著提高.
Research on the Office Chair Design for People with Low Back Pain Based on FBS Model
Low back pain(LBP)is the most common mus-culoskeletal pain problem for civilian workers.At present,the design of office chairs pays insufficient attention to the special sitting posture needs of people with low back pain.In view of this,according to the needs of people with low back pain,this paper designs an office chair scheme suitable for this group to improve comfort of the chair.It analyzes the characteristics of people with LBP,lists the sitting posture need list,and performs FBS model map-ping on the needs with higher weights to confirm the core function and structure of the office chair,and proposes the office chair design system.Then,it verifies the comfort of the chair through body pressure distribution test and sub-jective evaluation.The results show that compared with the initial state of the chair,the average pressure and av-erage pressure gradient of the office chair are significantly reduced after the support protection function is turned on,and the chair comfort is significantly improved.
