基于单片机的畜禽舍消毒机器人系统设计研究

文章设计了一种基于单片机的消毒机器人.该机器人采用主控板、驱动模块、消毒模块等模块于一体的系统设计,用于自动循迹和畜禽舍封闭环境的消毒.测试实验证明,消毒机器人模型在基本运动实验场景中,能完成直行、静止、左转弯、右转弯四种类型运动;舍内模拟环境下,机器人模型沿着闭环胶带,连续的直行、右转、左转后回到了运动起点,完成一个工作周期,同时喷雾模块在一个工作周期内,也完成对闭环胶带两侧的立式鸡笼喷雾消毒工作.
Research on the Design of Livestock and Poultry House Disinfection Robot System Based on Single Chip Microcomputer
This paper designs a disinfection robot based on single chip microcomputer.The robot adopts the system design of integrating the main control board,drive module,disinfection module and other modules,which is used for automatic tracking and disinfection of the closed environ-ment of livestock and poultry houses.The test experiment proves that the disinfection robot model can complete four types of movements:going straight,being still,turn-ing left,and turning right in the basic motion experiment scene.In the simulated environment in the house,the robot model goes straight,turns right,turns left along the closed-loop tape,and then returns to the starting point,completing a working cycle.At the same time,the spray module also completes the vertical chicken cage spray disinfection on both sides of the closed-loop tape in a working cycle.
