产学协同育人背景下新型动漫人才培养课程体系重构

我国的职业教育一直致力于培养高素质的人才.近年来,随着我国动漫产业的蓬勃发展,人才需求量逐年增加,高职院校作为人才的培养场所,需要根据时代的发展趋势,加强对育人模式的有效创新,以培养符合产业最新需求的复合型动漫技术人才.为了解决人才培养和社会需求脱节的问题,应在培养过程中加强产学协同育人,借助社会力量,依托课程体系重构,明确专业定位,保证课堂教学和实践环节实战化,打造专业特色.文章主要论述了产学协同育人背景下新型动漫人才培养课程体系重构路径,旨在为高职院校的人才培养提供借鉴.
Reconstruction of New Animation Talent Training Curriculum System under the Background of Industry-University Collaborative Education
China's vocational education has been committed to training high-quality talents.In recent years,with the vigorous development of China's animation industry,the demand for talents has increased year by year.As a train-ing place for talents,higher vocational colleges need to strengthen the effective innovation of the education model according to the development trend of the times,so as to train compound animation technical talents that meet the latest needs of the industry.In order to solve the problem of disconnection between talent training and social needs,it is necessary to strengthen the industry-university co-operative education in the training process,with the help of social forces,rely on the reconstruction of curriculum system,clarify the professional orientation,ensure the actualization of class teaching and practice,and create pro-fessional characteristics.This paper mainly discusses the reconstruction path of the new animation talent training curriculum system under the background of industry-uni-versity collaborative education,aiming to provide refer-ence for talent training in higher vocational colleges.
