Research on Reform of Furniture Design Course in College and University Based on the Cultivation of Innovative Skilled Talent
Nowadays,with the continuous development of society,the demand for talents is getting higher and higher.More and more enterprises expect that colleges and uni-versities can transport a large number of innovative skilled talents.As a professional course with strong practicality,furniture design course should adapt to the needs of social development and actively carry out course reform with the goal of cultivating innovative skilled talents.This paper describes the development of furniture design education at home and abroad.Taking the reform practice of furniture design course in College of Cultural Media and Art Design of Liaoning University of Technology as an example,it analyzes the specific content and objectives,implemen-tation process,and specific practices of the reform of furniture design course in this college,aiming to provide reference for the reform of furniture design course in other colleges and universities.
