救援机器人结构设计研究——以地震救援场景为例

文章探讨了救援机器人在地震后的应用和设计要点,其性能包括多功能性、轻量化设计结构等.运用TRIZ设计原理,成功研发出一款救援机器人.在设计过程中,着重研究了其机械结构,使其具备探测、移动、救援以及排障等多种功能.同时,为确保机器人在作业过程中不对周围环境和救援人员造成干扰,在设计中充分考虑了相关安全保障措施.
Research on Structural Design of Rescue Robot—Taking the Earthquake Rescue Scene as an Example
This paper discusses the application and design points of rescue robot after earthquake.Its performance includes versatility,lightweight design structure and so on.Using TRIZ design principle,a rescue robot is successfully developed.In the design process,the mechanical structure is emphatically studied,so that it has many functions such as detection,movement,rescue and obstacle removal.At the same time,in order to ensure that the robot does not cause interference to the surrounding environment and res-cue personnel during the operation,relevant safety meas-ures are fully considered in the design.
