In the wave of the new media era,the traditional visual communication mode has been redefined.The de-sign in this period not only pursues the improvement of aesthetics,but also emphasizes the interaction with users and the consistency of cross-platform experience.In addi-tion,the application of emerging technologies such as data visualization,Virtual Reality,and Augmented Reality has brought new possibilities for visual communication design.Based on this background,this paper studies the devel-opment and innovation practice of visual communication design in the new media era.
