At present,fast moving consumer goods have be-come an indispensable part of daily life with fast consump-tion speed,high use frequency,and huge market demand.With the vigorous development of e-commerce and logis-tics industry,the number of fast moving consumer goods sold and distributed through express channels is continu-ously rising.In this process,as an important way to ensure the safety and convenient transportation of goods,the use of express packaging has also increased dramatically.How-ever,the current fast moving consumer goods express pack-aging widely uses plastic products,such as plastic bags,plastic foam and adhesive tape.These plastic products are often discarded at will after completing their missions and are difficult to degrade naturally,causing serious pollution and damage to the environment.For this reason,this paper studies the plastic reduction design of fast moving consum-er goods express packaging.It discusses the connotation and core principles of plastic reduction design of fast mov-ing consumer goods express packaging,analyzes the plastic reduction design method of fast moving consumer goods express packaging,then analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward practical and feasible solutions,hoping to achieve sustainable development of fast moving consumer goods express packaging as soon as possible.
