Exploration and Practice of Guangxi Yaoxiang Batik Technique in Aesthetic Education Design Teaching in Higher Vocational College
Guangxi Yaoxiang batik technique is a kind of traditional handicraft with profound national cultural her-itage,which faces challenges of inheritance and innova-tion in the process of modernization.Aesthetic education design teaching is an important part of higher vocational education,but its teaching quality needs to be improved at present.In order to promote the living inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of Guangxi Yaoxiang ba-tik technique in contemporary society,and to enhance the practice and innovation ability of aesthetic education design teaching in higher vocational colleges,this paper explores a new way to integrate Yaoxiang batik technique into aesthetic education design teaching in higher vocation-al colleges.Through a detailed analysis of the craft charac-teristics,cultural connotation of Yaoxiang batik technique and its value in contemporary society,the aesthetic edu-cation design curriculum system including Yaoxiang batik technique elements is designed,the innovative teaching mode is adopted,the practice link is strengthened,aiming at cultivating students'technique inheritance ability,design innovation thinking and cultural literacy.
