Primary Challenges and Countermeasures Faced by Global Data and Privacy Security
With the development of new generation information technologies,such as cloud computing,mobile Internet,block chain,artificial intelligence and quantum computing,mankind has entered the era of digital civilization,and data is considered as the"fifth major factor of production."However,data and privacy issues have become the"hardest hit area"for global cyberspace security,bringing huge risks to political,economic,social and other fields,which are related to national security,social stability and human rights protection.To this end,countries continue to strengthen supervision and law enforcement in the field of data and privacy compli-ance,aiming to strengthen data and privacy security governance while maintaining the country's data strategic position.This article aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the outstanding challenges faced by global data and privacy security,analyze their underlying causes and the response measures of governments and enterprises in various countries,and propose suitable countermeasures and sug-gestions for our country's national conditions.
