Study on adsorption and separation performance of molecular sieve adsorbents for different types of diesel
The molecular sieve adsorbent was prepared by using ion exchange method, the characterization results of the mo-lecular sieve adsorbent showed that, the pore structure of molecular sieve adsorbents was mainly composed of intracrystal-line micropores and intergranular mesopores, with the characteristics of high crystallinity, uniform grain distribution, and synergistic effect of weak and strong acids.Different types of diesel oil were used as raw materials of adsorption, the desorp-tion agent was a lightweight desorption agent(with a boiling point lower than diesel),by using the simulated moving bed,in-vestigating on the adsorption and separation performance of molecular sieve adsorbents for different types of diesel fuels. The result showed that, when the adsorption temperature was 120℃and the pressure was 1.2 MPa,reflux ratio of adsorp-tion zone was 0.5~1.5,reflux ratio of refining zone was 0.2~1.5,reflux ratio of desorption zone was 2.0~6.0,reflux ratio of isolation zone was-2~0,molecular sieve adsorbents operated stably under different types of diesel adsorption-desorption systems, the aromatics content of the aromatics product was more than 95%,non-aromatic content of non-aromatic product was more than 95%.Sulfur and nitrogen content, distillation range light and heavy and hydrocarbon composition in different types of diesel oil had no effect on separation purity. The higher the aromatics content in different types of diesel fuel, the higher volume ratio of desorption agent to diesel fuel.Under simulated industrial application conditions, the molecular sieve adsorbent run stably for over 600 d.Therefore,it could be seen that molecular sieve adsorbents had the characteristics of high aromatics selectivity, large adsorption capacity, and high operational stability.
