摘要

钛精矿的酸解是硫酸法钛白生产的重要环节,然而酸解尾气中单质硫降温冷凝所形成的升华硫极易堵塞排气管道系统,严重影响了钛白粉的正常生产.因此,系统地研究升华硫减排对实现硫酸法钛白连续生产具有十分重要的理论和现实意义.该工作对钛精矿中硫的赋存状态进行了表征分析,探讨了酸解尾气中升华硫的产生机制并通过实验探究了升华硫产生量的变化规律.结果表明,尾气中的升华硫主要是由钛精矿中的磁黄铁矿与浓硫酸发生反应生成,反应时间、反应温度、反应酸浓度等工艺参数都会影响升华硫的产生量.同时发现,增加酸解物料中的空气含量能在不影响钛精矿酸解率的前提下降低升华硫的产生量.实验结果表明,当反应时间为30 min、反应温度为180℃、搅拌速率为100 r/min、反应酸浓度为85%(质量分数)、矿物粒径为48~75 µm、物料中空气流速为80 mL/min时,酸解尾气中升华硫的质量减少了35%以上.

Abstract

Acidolysis of titanium concentrate is a key step in manufacturing the titanium dioxide by sulfate process.How-ever,the sublimed sulfur formed by the cooling and condensation of elemental sulfur in the acidolysis exhaust gas is easy to clog on the exhaust pipe,which seriously affects the normal production of titanium dioxide.Therefore,it is of great theoreti-cal and practical significance to systematically study the emission reduction of sublimed sulfur production for the continu-ous manufacture of titanium dioxide by sulfate process.In this work,the occurrence state of S in titanium concentrate was characterized and analyzed.The production mechanism of sublimed sulfur in acidolysis exhaust gas was discussed,and the change laws of sublimed sulfur production were explored through experiments.The results showed that sublimed sulfur in the exhaust gas was mainly formed by reaction between pyrrhotite in titanium concentrate and concentrated sulfuric acid,and the manufacture parameters such as reaction time,reaction temperature and sulfuric acid concentration could affect the weight of sublimed sulfur.At the same time,it was found that increasing the air content in the acidolysis material could re-duce the production of sublimed sulfur without affecting the acidolysis rate of titanium concentrate.The experiments showed that when the reaction time was 30 min,the reaction temperature was 180℃,the stirring rate was 100 r/min,the concentra-tion of reactive acid was 85%,the particle size of mineral was 48~75 µm,and the air flow rate in the material was 80 mL/min,the weight of sublimed sulfur in acidolysis exhaust gas was reduced by more than 35% .
