摘要
随着以算法推荐为技术内核的信息传播范式的变革,算法推荐正逐渐取代传统信息分发模式,成为人类获取信息的重要通道和平台.在算法推荐模式下,大众传媒系统、网络舆论阵地、主流话语体系均面临前所未有的机遇与挑战.从算法推荐的技术逻辑、算法推荐的价值属性及迭代演进的趋势来看,算法推荐视域下新闻主流话语数字传播面临诸多风险挑战:"去中心化"解构主流话语传播力,"信息茧房"消解主流话语凝聚力,"算法歧视"削弱主流话语感召力,"算法黑箱"冲击主流话语公信力.基于算法推荐的技术属性和价值属性,必须从建强融媒矩阵以全新格局驾驭算法推荐、加强算法研究以技术力量规制算法推荐、培育算法伦理以主流价值引领算法推荐、加强立法供给以法律约束规范算法推荐等方面寻求应对之策,从而重构和强化算法推荐场域新闻主流话语的引领地位.
Abstract
With the transformation of information dissemination paradigm,algorithm recommendation is replacing the tra-ditional information dissemination model and becoming an important channel and platform for human beings to ob-tain information.Under the pattern of algorithm recommendation,the mass media system,the network public opin-ion position and the mainstream discourse system all face unprecedented opportunities and challenges.From the technical logic of algorithm recommendation,the value attributes of algorithm recommendation and the trend of iter-ative evolution,digital communication of mainstream news discourse faces many risks and challenges from the per-spective of algorithm recommendation:"De-centralization"deconstructs the communication power of mainstream discourse,"information cocoon"dispels the cohesion of mainstream discourse,"algorithm discrimination"weak-ens the appeal of mainstream discourse,and"algorithm black box"impinges on the credibility of mainstream dis-course.Based on the technical attributes and value attributes of algorithm recommendation,it is necessary to seek the countermeasures from the following aspects:strengthening the financial media matrix to control the algorithm recommendation in a completely new pattern,strengthening the algorithm research to regulate the algorithm recom-mendation by the technical strength,cultivating the algorithm ethics to lead the algorithm recommendation by the mainstream value,strengthening the legislative supply to regulate the algorithm recommendation by the law,etc.Therefore,the leading position of mainstream discourse in field news is reconstructed and strengthened.
