超声波横孔纵波反射幅度修正系数的规律探讨

针对超声波的反射幅度与试块曲率之间的变化关系,以GH4169合金对比试块为例,通过水浸法测试不同曲率、横孔孔径、埋深的GH4169对比试块的纵波反射幅度和GH4169标准试块的纵波反射幅度,得到了不同参数的纵波反射幅度修正系数,通过对比纵波反射幅度修正系数,探究了曲率、横孔孔径、埋深与纵波反射幅度修正系数之间的关系.
Discussion about rules of correction coefficient of transverse hole longitudinal wave reflection amplitude of ultrasonic wave
The changes in the relationship between the reflection amplitude of ultrasonic wave and the curvature of test block was investigated.GH4169 alloy was selected as an example.The longitudinal wave reflection amplitudes of GH4169 standard test block and GH4169 contrast test block with different curvature,transverse pore diameter and buried depth were measured by water immersion method.The correction coefficients of longitudinal wave reflection amplitude with different pa-rameters were obtained.By comparing the correction coefficient of longitudinal wave reflection amplitude,the relationship between curvature,transverse pore diameter,buried depth and longitudinal wave reflection amplitude correction coefficient was explored.
