低膨胀GH2909合金棒材缺陷分析

采用真空感应熔炼、真空自耗重熔、高温均匀化扩散并自由锻锻造的GH2909合金棒材,在水浸超声波检测过程中发现单点反射缺陷.对缺陷进行定位取样,同时分析缺陷和缺陷附近部位的力学性能、光学显微组织和EDS能谱分析面扫,证明了该单点反射缺陷类型是富Ti、Mg元素的氧化物聚集而形成的空洞裂纹缺陷.
For the GH2909 alloy bar treated by vacuum induction melting,vacuum arc remelting,high temperature homog-enized diffusion and free forging,the single point reflection defect was founded in the process of water immersion ultrasonic detection.After location sampling of defect,the mechanical properties,optical microstructures and EDS map scanning of defect and adjacent areas were analyzed.The results proved that the type of single point reflection defect belonged to the cavity crack defect which was formed by the segregation of oxides rich in Ti and Mg elements.
