热等静压对ZTA15钛合金组织及性能的影响分析

摘要
利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电化学工作站和电子万能试验机等测试分析方法研究了热等静压处理前后ZTA15钛合金显微组织的演变规律及其对力学性能和电化学性能的影响.结果表明,铸造态ZTA15的低倍组织形貌表现为粗大的初始β晶粒,微观组织结构为典型的魏氏组织和网篮组织结构.经过热等静压高温高压共同作用后,ZTA15钛合金发生了蠕变和塑性变形,内部缺陷愈合,组织较铸态明显均匀且α相和β相都发生长大,材料的屈服强度和抗拉强度稍有下降,但是耐腐蚀性能提高,断后伸长率和断面收缩率显著提高.
Abstract
The microstructure evolution law of ZTA15 titanium alloy before and after hot isostatic pressing(HIP)treatment as well as its influence on mechanical and electrochemical properties were investigated by means of optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),electrochemical workstation,and electronic universal testing machine.The results showed that the macroscopic microstructure of ZTA15 at casting condition consisted of coarse initial β grains,and the microstructure was a typical Widmannstatten and net-basket structure.After high-temperature and high-pressure HIP treatment,however,the creep and plastic deformation occurred in ZTA15 titanium alloy,leading to the healing of internal defects.The microstructure became more uniform compared to the casting condition.Moreover,both α and β phases grew up.The yield strength and tensile strength of the material were slightly reduced,but the corrosion resistance was improved.In addition,the elongation and section shrinkage were significantly increased.
