摘要

对参加锻件内部缺陷的超声波检测能力验证计划的实验室结果进行了评价和技术分析.首先对实验室返回的结果进行z比分统计,然后对影响试验结果准确性的因素进行了分析总结,并对存在有问题和不满意实验室的数据进行分析.通过本次能力验证计划的实施,能够较真实客观地反映国内各相关实验室的检测水平,帮助实验室发现日常检测中存在的问题,有助于实验室进一步完善内部质量控制,提高检测水平,为实验室认证认可管理部门对该领域的实验室监管提供依据.

Abstract

The laboratories that participated in proficiency testing of ultrasonic inspection of defects inside forgings were as-sessed and analyzed.Firstly,the z-score statistics were carried out based on the results returned from the laboratories.Then the factors affecting the accuracy of the test results were analyzed and summarized.Moreover,the data of questionable and unsatisfactory laboratories were analyzed.Through the implementation of proficiency testing scheme,the testing level of rel-evant domestic laboratories could be reflected truly and objectively.It could also help the laboratories find out the problems in the daily testing and further improve the internal quality control,thus improving the testing level.This study provided basis for the laboratory supervision by the laboratory certification and accreditation management department.
