The austenite grain size display of 45 steel and 20CrMoH steel was optimized.The commonly used picrate corro-sion method was selected for the detection of austenite grain size.The corrosion temperature and corrosion time were con-trolled to optimize the detection method of austenite grain size display for 45 steel and 20CrMoH steel,so that the austenite grain size display was clearer.
