In terms of emergency management of supply chain,the paper puts forward a systematic research in the causes of emergencies and measures to take to solve them.It additionally aims at improving the response capabilities of supply chain,and discusses the factors influencing the supply chain and raises the mechanism of supply chain formation and management.The paper ultimately points out that the members of supply chain should improve their emergence response abilities by decreasing the supply chain complexity,enhancing the company'market status and accelerating information transmission speed.
