我国物流行业正处于数字化转型的关键时期。为了深入了解物流4。0升级背后的数字能力问题,文中基于胜任力模型,构建了物流岗位人才的个人数字化能力框架,该框架包含个人维度、职业维度和专业维度三个方面,涵盖了七种核心能力。同时,以烟草物流企业为例,结合烟草物流岗位的特点和需求,分析了烟草物流企业数字化人才的能力要求,旨在探讨物流4。0时代物流数字化能力的构成要素和提升途径,为物流企业应对物流4。0带来的机遇和挑战提供有益的参考和建议。
A Study on the Framework and Improvement Path of Digital Competence for Logistics Positions in the Context of Logistics 4.0
The logistics industry is at a critical stage of digital transformation.In order to deeply understand the digital competence issues behind the logistics 4.0 upgrade,this paper builds a personal digital competence framework for logistics personnel based on the competency model.The framework consists of three aspects of personal dimension,occupational dimension and professional dimension,covering seven core competencies.Taking tobacco logistics enterprises as an example,this paper analyzes the competence requirements of digital personnel in tobacco logistics enterprises by combining the characteristics and needs of tobacco logistics positions,aiming to explore the constitutive elements and improvement paths of logistics digital competence in the era of logistics 4.0,and provide useful references and suggestions for logistics enterprises to cope with the opportunities and challenges brought by logistics 4.0.
