港珠澳大桥贸易物流通道的问题与对策研究

摘要
文中对港珠澳大桥贸易物流通道的现状及问题进行分析,通过对东莞市中的"香港国际机场物流园"贸易通关模式及广港深铁路运维的经验借鉴,对应从港珠澳大桥物流基础设施的应用、三地政策及机制的衔接、信息机制及产业的协同及跨境金融方面的创新四个方面提出发展对策建议.
Abstract
The paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the trade and logistics channel of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.Through the experience of trade customs clearance and operation and maintenance of the"Hong Kong International Airport Logistics Park"in Dongguan City and the Guangzhou-Hong Kong-Shenzhen Express Railway,this paper proposes a new trade customs clearance mode,corresponding development countermeasures are proposed from four aspects:the application of logistics infrastructure of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,the integration of policies and rules among the three regions,the information mechanism and industrial coordination,and innovation in cross-border finance.
