城乡配送物流园区发展水平评价研究

摘要
物流园区发展水平是城乡高质量发展的关键.文中以城乡配送为切入点,以相关政策和文献为依据,从基础设施建设水平、市场主体培育水平、经济社会效益水平、技术水平四个方面,分别选取了14项二级指标,构建了物流园区发展水平评价体系.然后运用层次分析法、比例系数法和专家打分法进一步确定了各项指标的分值.最后选取了国内7家有代表性的物流园区,应用该评价体系对其现阶段发展水平进行了评价研究.评价结果表明,该指标评价体系可以作为对我国现阶段园区发展情况诊断的参考依据.
Abstract
The development level of logistics parks is the key to the high-quality development of urban and rural areas.This article takes urban-rural distribution as the starting point,based on relevant policies and literatures,and selects 14 secondary indicators from the aspects of infrastructure construction level,market entity cultivation level,economic and social efficiency level and technical level,establishes the development level evaluation system of logistics parks.Then it uses the hierarchical analysis method,the proportional coefficient method,and the expert scoring method to further determine the points of the indicators.Finally,7 representative logistics parks were selected in China,and the evaluation system was approved and studied for its current development level.The evaluation results show that the indicator evaluation system can be used as a reference basis for the diagnosis of the development of parks in our country.
