The Main Fields,Technical Applications and Prospects of Lychee Logistics Preservation
Logistics preservation has always been an important issue faced by the lychee industry,and it is also a bottleneck factor that restricts the high-quality development of the lychee industry.At present,significant progress has been made in lychee preservation technology.This article summarizes the lychee preservation technology methods in four fields:low-temperature preservation,controlled atmosphere preservation,chemical preservation and coating preservation.It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of lychee preservation technology in each field,and looks forward to the development direction of lychee preservation technology.
