Analysis of Influencing Factors of Power Supply Chain Operation under the Goal of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality
With the development of the times, the reform of the power industry system has been carried out to the fourth stage. The policies have been continuously followed up and innovated, the marketization of the power industry has continued to advance, and the power industry has gradually transformed to cleanness.Based on the strategic tripod model, combined with the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goal, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of power supply chain operation from three dimensions of national power reform system, competition and cooperation relationship of power industry and carbon peaking and carbon neutrality investment.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the national power reform system points out the direction for the development of power supply chain;the evolution of the competition and cooperation relationship in the power industry has promoted the overall optimization of the power supply chain;management costs and the proportion of clean energy have become the main objectives in the operation of the power supply chain.
