Research on Digital Transformation Scheme of FMCG Supply Chain——Taking Order Fulfillment as an Example
Promoting technological innovation through digital empowerment has become the common choice of major developed countries.This paper analyzes the connotation of digital transformation of supply chain,and proposes that the optimization of supply chain business process,and the transformation of organizational structure and strategic model are the results of digital transformation of supply chain.Taking FMCG supply chain as an example,this paper analyzes the pain points of supply chain management about order fulfillment,and proposes a digital transformation scheme.
