Research on the Development Path of Rural Characteristic Industry with Multiple Values Embedded in Rural Areas
The development of rural characteristic industry is an important means to enhance the vitality of rural economy and increase farmers'income.Nowadays,they are facing problems such as"one village,one village,and the same quality of products",resulting in huge waste and losses.Therefore,this study draws on the theory of new endogenous development and constructs a theoretical analysis framework.Based on successful cases of developing rural characteristic industries in China,qualitative comparative analysis(QCA)method is used to explore the impact of external resources,industrial innovation,characteristic resource utilization,farmer participation,and rural value identification on the development of rural characteristic industries.Three development paths are identified,namely industrial innovation,comprehensive balance,and cultural resource embedded.Research has found that the development path of rural characteristic industries with embedded rural value has heterogeneity.In order to better achieve rural value embedded,external resources,industrial innovation,characteristic resource utilization,rural value identification and farmer participation need to be"multiple concurrent".
