Digital Transformation Indicator System——Facilitating the Assessment and Implementation of Digital Transformation in Logistics Enterprises
With the promotion of the 14th Five-Year Plan for Modem Logistics Development,the digital transformation of logistics enterprises has become an essential trend.Although digital transformation has many benefits for enterprise development,such as improving operational efficiency,reducing cost,improving service level and creating value,the process also faces challenges such as insufficient resources and financial support,and lack of relevant skills and knowledge of enterprises and employees.To this end,this paper develops a digital transformation indicator system,including four indicators:digital logistics operation level,digital foundation,digital management and digital benefits,in order to more comprehensively and objectively assess the actual situation of digital transformation of logistics enterprises and provide a scientific basis for enterprises to develop digital transformation plans and promote the implementation of digital transformation.
