This paper utilises CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software to visualise and analyse 411 literatures pertaining to crowdsourcing logistics in the CNKI database,to obtain the data of numbers of published articles,journal sources,author mapping,institution mapping,and keyword mapping of the relevant papers,thus exploring current research hotspots and future development trends in this field.The study findings indicate an unsteady rise in the number of published papers related to crowdsourcing logistics.Additionally,there is a relatively small number of papers published by authors and organisations,and their cooperation relationship appears to be lax.Crowdsourcing logistics,distribution and modes,the sharing economy,Internet + and other areas have received significant attention among national scholars.Future research directions in this field will focus on implementing crowdsourcing modes in rural terminal distribution and enhancing the overall quality of logistics services.
