Research on the Development Strategy of Green Logistics in Lanzhou New Area Based on SWOT Analysis
With the rapid development of China's e-commerce industry,the logistics industry is also constantly developing,which has not only changed people's lifestyles,but also gradually grown into one of the important industries supporting the development of the national economy.Developing green logistics in Lanzhou New Area can effectively reduce the damage to local ecological environment,and bring huge economic and social benefits to local logistics enterprises,which is prone to achieve sustainable development.Based on SWOT analysis,this paper identifies the advantages and disadvantages of developing green logistics in Lanzhou New Area.Through the distribution of questionnaires to employees in the logistics industry in Lanzhou New Area,it is found that there exist some problems in the development of green logistics in Lanzhou New Area,such as lack of advanced green logistics technology,weak overall innovation ability and poor human resources guarantee.In response to these problems,the development strategy of green logistics in Lanzhou New Area is proposed in the paper according to the analysis results.
