Based on the macro environment of the digital transformation of the logistics industry and its own development status,PEST and SWOT analysis is carried out on the digital transformation of the logistics industry under the new development paradigm,and a PEST-SWOT model of the digital transformation of the logistics industry is built accordingly.Finally,relevant suggestions are put forward from five aspects of innovation research and development,data security,personnel training,organization optimization and risk prevention and control.
