Research on the Influence of Statistical Process Control on Improving the Efficiency of Cold Chain Logistics
With the rapid development of technologies,the efficiency of cold chain logistics industry is constantly promoting.On the contrary,compared with developed countries,the current overall efficiency of cold chain logistics industry in eastern China still needs to be improved.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis on the cold chain logistics industry in eastern China using statistical process control(SPC),and verifies that using SPC tools such as control chart can significantly elevate the overall efficiency of temperature,time,transportation of cold chain logistics industry in eastern China by the optimizing practice of case study of warehouse A.
