With the continuous advancement of the global integration process,the network structure and scope of the supply chain are also expanding and evolving.At the same time,since the beginning of the 21st century,urgent events have made the supply chain operation of enterprises face extremely complex uncertainties and vulnerabilities.The sudden change of key nodes in the supply chain network often affects the operation efficiency and final result of the whole supply chain,making cost control,logistics selection,storage management and other links face great risks.The purpose of this paper is to study the relevant risks encountered by the enterprise supply chain under urgent events and their countermeasures,so as to eliminate the impact of urgent events on the enterprise supply chain in time and ensure the operation efficiency and safety of the enterprise supply chain.
