The Comparison of Stackelberg Games Dominated by Manufacturer and Retailer
The wholesale price contract is discussed for a two-echelon supply chain composed of a manufacturer and a retailer especially the market demand definitely depending on retail price and sales endeavor level of retailers.In the context of logical consistency,the article analyzes manufacture dominated Stackelberg game and retailer dominated Stackelberg game,and makes a comparison within an integrated enterprise on the base of total supply chain profit,market demand,sales endeavor level and retail price.The results show that the efficiency of decentralized supply chain dominated by retailer is worst.
